Guide client and operations teams to clearly identify and agree strategy, translate these into achievable programme deliverables and gain buy in. Ensure critical success factors, goals and objectives are approved, robust and effectively communicated to create successful change culture. Identify stakeholders, resourcing gaps, stakeholder risk, appointed decision makers, and ensure Roles and Responsibilities are communicated and understood.

Engage programme and project teams and develop and manage communication plans, deliverables and work activities. Ensure early risk identification mechanisms are in place, manage the Risk Register, mitigating actions and escalations. Lead all subject matter experts to develop, review, integrate and commit to project phases, tasks and deliverables to create a master programme plan, own the plan throughout the projects or programs as necessary.

Elicit and capture business requirements. Produce business requirements documents or user stories Proactively work with senior business managers to understand their business processes and needs Foster a culture of creating excellent working relationships with staff at all levels. Work closely with Systems Analysts and Architects to ensure that requirements are addressed within technical specifications. Support the project management of changes into the production environment

Technical Architects

Design of the E2E technical architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the system's structure, components, and interfaces. Evaluation of technology options and make recommendations on which tools, frameworks, and platforms are best suited for the program's needs. Ownership and documentation of the physical and cloud architecture that underpins the applications. Responsible for technical operations and support processes within the programme and the transition of these processes into BAU. Responsible not only to advise but also to take decisions and drive programme direction on technical matters.

Coordinate and oversee deployment activities within a defined customer portfolio, ensuring adherence to established processes and service level agreements (SLAs). Resolve customer issues promptly to enhance the retailer experience and uphold our brand reputation. Drive asset management and recovery through consistent processes. Escalate complex issues and queries as needed for timely resolution.
